Why do we crave Oscars so much man. Japanese and Koreans make some of the best movies ever with very complex and bold themes, vallu aath kooda care seyaru veeti kosamu.

Our movies are made with our native sentiments and sensitivities in mind, those are not quite the same in the movies made with a Western audience in mind. So it's hard for the Oscar committee to appreciate our movies even if they were to be of a truly global standard, start respecting your own and stop craving for outside recognition.
