Question - Employer Change after 140 Approval

Naa Friend ki 140 approve ayyi 2 months ayyindhi. h1 6 years time ki inka 15 months vundi. Manchi FT offer vacchindhi.. Can his new employer use the existing 140 to get 3 years approval of H1?

180 days tarvatha employer can't revoke 140 

if your frind is good with employer realtion adi he can change

140 approval can be used to extension and H4 EAD as longs its valid kotha employer tho approve ayaka can apply for 485
