Basically all mission data is shared across the world. and US,and RUSSIA are the first to achieve in any success in space. ISRO launched mid level satellites each may minimum of 5kg..to 100kg ... coming to USA and russia.. they can Thousands Tons.. weighing machines... like space shuttle.. and other launch vehicles...
