Man, call your employer and ask all these questions. End of the day you have to follow ur employer process so just let them handle it. H1 is related to employer and we can not do anything, everything is filed by employer and their lawyer. We don't have any control on it. 

Vadu 20-25% margin theesukunedi veetikosame kada. Already manam technical ga work lo chala stress theesukoni kashtapadutam so why u wanna worry about this visa process too. Employer has to spend time on visa things

as i told small company kadhu......and straight forward ga emi chepparu.....we will try to put you in other project soon antaru......things ela work avuthayi ante, ippudu project ipotundi kabatti, ika e curren team vallu will be least bothered in spending any money for me on premium.......kotha project lo place cheska, a team ni adigithe vallu chusukuntaru anni......again immigration team different.....antha straight ga undadhu
