When someone is taking wickets, you need to give him more overs. Ashwin bowled 49 overs for 2 wickets, whereas Jaddu bowled just 21 overs for 6 wickets. Least utilized of all.

He need to think smart. Not just listen to coach and execute that stupid plan, which doesn't work in most cases.
