On Feb 26th my brother put an offer on house in San Ramon, CA (Asking Price $1.19 Mil) my brother put an offer at $1.25 Mil with approved bank loan and proof of funds for 20% down but a Chinese buyer put an offer for the same house $1.30 Mil ALL CASH DOWN. At least in CA  housing is not going anywhere. But I heard some effect in areas like Austin and Dallas, I know a couple of people who stepped back because of uncertainties.
