Executive can be director and Manager ani kuda vundi. EB1-C is one of the groups in the first preference category of employment-based immigration, for multinational executives or mangers who have been employed abroad in the same corporation. This group makes use the most visas from the annual allotment. In order to qualify as a multinational executive or manager under this preference, the applicant, during the three years preceding the application, must have been employed for at least one year by the same multinational firm or other business entity (affiliate, parent, subsidiary, or branch of the U.S. employer) that employs them in the United States. Furthermore, the applicant must seek to continue rendering services to the same employer in a managerial or executive capacity. Quote

The overseas company must be subsidiary of US company. L1A lo mostly ostaru because it is a managerial visa, Eb1 c is easier if you are on L1A. Some people come on H1 also but more paper work Quote

Batman_fan Posted March 7, 2017 Report Posted March 7, 2017 If you are going to become manager in your current firm, do it in right way. Tell your employer about your problems on H1. May be they will try to help. May be it's time to promote you as manager. Remember, no one will do it right away. You need to gain trust and show your worthiness before anyone takes a risk on you. Takes 2-3 years at least. And for you, is it really worthy to sacrifice your salary and career to get the GC? Quote
