FT ayyithe complete background check untadi.................. unless its really a very tupaas company like one said above................. You won't be getting any FT's with fake experiences......... Go with contract jobs if u have fake exp........... build up ur resume with real exp atleast 3 yrs and then go FT.

Nee Old experience(older than 3 yrs) fake ayyina parvaledu.......... but most recent(last 3 yrs) experience matram real undali.........employers ekkuva nee last 3-4 jobs ye background and verification chestaru.
