Oka VM - X vcenter paina undi, Dani Y vcenter paiki migrate cheyali?

what are the better and easy options?

Do we need to use any conversion tool? Or can we do it from vcenter/vsphere?

also, before migrating what do I need to make sure? (Prerequisites).

If both are vsphere 6 you can migrate across VC or else vmware converter easy and free download
