chicchara Posted March 9, 2017 Report Posted March 9, 2017 assum u bought a condo for 200k you have to pay mortgage of 1200 per month. you rent it for $1400. you get extra 200. but there is condo fees, there is maintenance fees, there will be repairs, paint, tenants etc. if their AC breaks down its 5000 karchu for you. you cannot expect tenants to be good and treat condo like their own. if husband beats wife...domestic violence case lo they can break lease without telling you. this happened yes. unless your mortgage is 1200 and your incoming rent is 2000...not worthy of attempting this Quote

If you ever have need to clear loan you could always sell the property and clear it right Quote
