B h1 inka approve avvaledu... ivala pilichi ivala last day ani h1 revokd... old employer (A) kooda revoked.. stats lekunda 60 dys undachu kada... so questn enti ante... kotha h1 file chesetapudu client letter undala? else normal ga receipt number vachaka client letter submit cheyyocha..? normal process lo ayte idi work avtundi... ippudu out of status kada will this process work or not.? 8OY Posted March 10, 2017 Report Posted March 10, 2017 even though A said they revoked H1 that won't happen very soon.. ask your friend to check the status of A h1 at uscis.gov my case status. if it shows already revoked.. then done otherwise he will be having time for new petition. but b h1petition apply chesi receipt vasthe chalu.. he can start working for B Quote
