Technically, It is replacing Congress and one can expect minorities supporting parties like AAP and AAP is here to stay for a while. Although it will become a big zero in Delhi in 2020 and then the start of fall of AAP. For the next 10 years, AAP will replace Congress. But once congress gains ground, AAP will diminish and all other parties will treat AAP as common enemy no-1 and eventually all the regional parties will push AAP to one corner where surviving itself will become tough fo AAP, forget about running the governments..
