Merabharathmahan Posted March 13, 2017 Report Posted March 13, 2017 Suppose process lo unna H1 extension/amendment ni regular nundi premium ki upgrade cheyadaniki March ending varaku premium upgrade ki lawyer uscis ki send chesthe vallu April second week lopu process chestara? will uscis accepts premium process upgrade cheques/forms for already in peocess petitions till April 2 and process it by April 16? asalu amendments ki malli motham petition file cheyali anedi theesethe uscis ki inni pending petitions and applications ravu. Work location update ki they should just start new process like attorney can update some online form to update work address of existing approved h1 petition. Quote
