Thats the whole point bro.. conversions will never happen unless the native religion is abused, why do people convert unless they found something  terribly wrong in their own. Missionaries do convert other caste people, infact you will be surprised to know they pay less for aadivaasis and Dalits to convert and more to upper caste people. So your question it self has a flaw. And Christians do have 100's of sections among themselves.

Missionaries converting/ up lifting people isn't a new thing.. They have been doing this for at least 100-150 years it did not work out well. Dalits also do have caste feeling.., malas discriminated against madigas and they still do it even after the conversions.

In reality these conversions do not help dalits. They will be always treated as somewhat inferior to white Christians.

IDK if you are kidding TTD do service to dalit vaadas as well in fact they provide subsidy to dalits in many schemes.

You didn't get the point. if you want to do the service do it or if you want to convert okay fine. but do not disguise conversions as service and abuse their native religion  and culture in the process.
