Workday is a suicide tool. 

Just because if you have a job on workday now, if you think life will go on smoothly, Trust me its not smooth but slow poison.

Workday is a fully operational cloud tool and the only think that you need to do is to configure and personalize as per the client needs. Once you are done with it, there is no need for you anymore.

Further more, Even if you work for 2-3 years on Workday, You will learn nothing. There is no coding, no querying, no reporting, no BI, nothing. Its a dead tool for wanna be IT junkies and if you plan to start a career on Workday, trust me Its a sweet poison which will eventually get you killed and leave you without any skills.
