India travel while H1b amendment in progress

Full time company tho working since 4 years.

Have I-797 approved till 2019  at location A.      

Recently moved to location B with same company. So they filed amendment along with extension) in regular processing and not willing to do premium. I got the I-797 receipt for the amendment.

Now, can i travel to India go get my VISA STAMP  while amendment is  still  in progress? 

Spoke with attorney and he says "YES i can travel" by carrying these documents:

1. I-797 approval i.e. valid till 2019   +

2. Amendment I-797 C  receipt  +  

3. Copy of amendment filing provided by attorney.

Stamping ki vellala or already stamping undhaa?

ya stamping ki vellali bhayya !!   Old stamp expire aipoindi...

nadhi not exactly same kaddu gani.. nenu amendment process lo undaga vella.. approve ayaka emp india ki docs pampinchadu appudu stamping ki vella..

ante effective ga nuvu approval ochaka velinate ga stamping ki....

one of my friend ila velladu...he came back without issues ...ni risk taking capacities batti make a decision...good luck

Stamping ki vellali ante there is a very little risk factor... usual ga adagaru em problem undadhu but in case adigithe Ila apply chesa ani receipt chupinchu...

amendement approve kakunda ela vestaru stamping... amendment 1yr ki kuda ravachu kada sometimes.

apply chesinav and receipt undi kabati its okay em kadu I guess, only thing is extension apply chesnapudu ipudu unna location tho chesnava leka old location aa?

 nenu amendment apply chesa, not extnesion.  with different location. naku antaku mundu extnesion ki 2014- 2017 ichadu.. 2015 lo amendment apply cheste 2016 daka ichadu..
