Suggestions Needed on eh one /eh four

Friends, Please suggest sincerely, If you were in this situation, what would you do with rules bec0ming strict day by day against 1mmigrants.

Candidate has job. From below option, Go with option 1 even though option 2 is available ? 

1. File For eh one this year(OO Pea Tea valid till Jan 2019) - *Un1v got impacted with @ccreditation . So, mostly planning to file in General qu0ta. N0t sure if it will get picked or not.

2. Have eh f0ur ead 0ption. - Keep this as back up, If 0ption 1 works then wait till next year and dec1de on sticking with Option 1 or switch to 0ption 2 (unless  eh four is not rev0ked)

People who hate eh four or opt , pls don't respond with bad comments.

Even though there was eh four ead option from day one, still paid fees and studied for various reasons.

F0r 8 m0nths , 0nly got 2 client calls, c0z all mesthri's were interested only in eh one or eh four ead, during that time felt that eh f0ur ead was better option and uncessarily wasted all the m0ney & time spent for M@sters..

Say, h1 is approved and COS not done as you mentioned, then o p t expire ayina...candidate can continue w0rking theu cap exempt ? ila evaru ayina chesara? chesthe-advantage enti - naku ardham kaledhu. can you explain it pls.

continue kaadu .. apdu f1 to h1 COS veskuntav kaani april 1st daaka aaga nakakrledu ..she will be cap exempt

You mean apply for H1 though Consular Process and don't change COS.

Even If H1 gets picked, the candidate will still be considered in OPT after Oct 2017 ?

 Before OPea T expires (Jan 2019) ,the candidate can apply for C0S to eh four ead OR to eh one ?

Above approach is bit sketchy. There is a risk as H 1 With C0nsul@r process witll come w/o new 1-94. So, I think c@ndidate needs to leave the country and return back

Not sure in what situations above rule applies.
