***How to open a port on windows 2012 server?

Oka windows 2012 server lo konni ports open cheyali. 

Windows firewall settings ki velli inbound rule create chesi, port # enter chesi configuration save chesina.

Tarwata netstat -an command run chestay, nenu above add chesina port # output list lo chupistaledu. 

This server is not behind firewall. Also, ee server lo windows firewall off chesi undi.

How to to fix this?

netstat gives only listening/timewait/established port....check whether ur service is using tht port or not.
