So that we can weed out crap people around us. Assal every year lottery count exponential laaga increase aithune vundhi and it looks like chaala mandhi talented people are missing out H1b lottery lo..  I know its not practical to prepare for an exam when you are working but H1 ante just luck ippdudu .. neeku talent vundha ledha secondary.. but entrance exam pedithe.. hard work and talent vunna vallaki vastadhi.. which suffices the purpose of H1, Skilled Immigrants.

Indaaka na friend valla tammudu ni chuste .. paapam anipinchindhi .. UIUC nunchi graduated and last 2 times h1 raale... Seattle lo one of the biggest companies lo FTE la working .. but ippudu chetilo pettukoni kurchunnadu.. em aitadho lottery lo ani .. Just luck kosam..

opt 3 yrs undhi kadha..to compensate your few yrs. i never said ppl are talent less. 

I am only indicating tht the h1visa and having lottersystem is broken. its not updated since ages per requirement. on top of it kotha president is against it. lottery is a joke. ppl applyin to h1 to join job in October of tht year is a joke.
