is it worth to buy diamond jewelry at KAY, ZALES, or HELZBERG ..?

wife Birthday vasthundhi, so planning to buy some thing new. Last time she gave me diamond ring from KAY $1800 which is 14K gold and 1CT diamonds. naku antha worth annipinchaledu.

Instead buy katespade, burberry or louis vuitton bags (every girls dream) necklace better to buy in india(designs vallaki nachinayi dorkuthayi)
