Wait for your time and express everything professionally in the meetings.... like "I see more marketing here than the actual productive work in your processeses. The team has been falling apart with micro management and over-reporting. You need to revisit your skills and practices" last lo "no offense.. i am just trying to stop the damage" ani cheppu....
