If you are in your late 20s and early 30s, look at the list once. Out of those 15 Univs, there are 6 Univs that are offering PT program. So, if you are living close to any of these 6 Univ and you have FT job, I highly recommend visiting the Univ and talk to current students. You can even sit in couple of classes to get feel of MBA curriculum.

Once you get some interest, talk to HR of your company to see if your company has any sponsorship for higher studies. Many companies provide partial to full tuition credit even for PT programs. If you have no sponsorship, PT program is going to cost $120K. As per the selection criteria, if you score 670-700 and have 5 years exp, you have very good chance in all those 6 programs. The reason I said PT is, by doing PT, you don't have to give up your current H1 and GC process. 

Even before you do any of the above, think about what you want to be in 10 years. If you are smart, you could become an Architect in IT with slightly better salaries than rest of others but anything beyond that, you need leadership and managerial skills. Because to achieve greater things you need these 2 skills. Having MBA from these Univs means you have formal education needed to achieve those greater things and it also opens up doors to non-IT fields such as Operation, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy etc.,

PT Programs - Booth, Stern, Kellogg, Tepper, Ross, and Anderson. They have both weekday evenings and weekends programs.

correct ...this is fresher salary ....in 2-3 yrs ,....into management and then in 10 yrs .....CLevel ..... their salaries are close to 300 to 500 with perks ..... I know a person with 20 yrs exp earns 1.6 Mn with stocks and does only may be 10-12 of hours meeting a week and 30 hrs of travel all over the world ......

1 lakh per month ki aa univ avasaram ledu... JNTU saalu man... naa friend initially call center lo work chesadu jobs levu pedda + he got second class... after 3 years MBA chesadu india loney now working as Sr.Manager in Analytics HRD... 1 Lakh kanna ekkuvey vastadi per month... kaani vaadiki US antey chaala istam.. vaddu ra ippudu position lo India better antey vinadu... okkasari anna raavali ani dream vaadidi...
