nenu H4 meeda vunnanu. Applying H1 with start date Mar 1st, 2018 as change of status. mari na H4 status em avuthundi let's say if it is approved in Oct 2017. Then From Oct 2017 to March 2018. My status is in H4 or H1 ????? Please let me know ..thanks for your suggestions in advance.

thanks bhayya for the reply...even though  employer Mar 2018 start date pettina ....H1B COS approve aite by default Oct 1st nunchi H1B status ayyida? leka March 2018 daka H4 lo vundi start date time ki H1 activate ayyida?? ... paina post lo  Reddy86 March 2018 daka H4 lo vuntundi annadu...Please share your opinion again

bhayya thanks for the reply.. I know that info...Once H1B is approved under COS I am bit confused about the status I will be in either H4 or H1 from Oct 2017 to mar 2018 start date..
