The mindset behind groupism

I had always wondered why Indian subcontinent has so much entrenched groupism(synonymous with caste, color, region, religion). I think the basis for this feeling is fear. This is happening most specialised of cases believe me.. like MS guys vs H1/L1 imports. This case is a case study of sorts .. let me tell you this groupism finds its way into a larger malaise .. like the matrimonial ads in future would be "second generation Indian doctor both parents us ms.. looking for ms educated family only" .. this is what I call classic case of groupism.. creating a race or bloodline out of pure ill will .. creating a new exclusive sect, religion whatever you name it.. 

 historically it's easy to see such cases.. search how 6k niyogi sect came in place in Brahmins..

Ask ur son to Create a new army of orcs man , u can take control of earth and fix these problems with filthy humans
