some mention security clearance reqd though doesnt mention GC/citizen...you can get some types of clearances being on h1 though high level ravu and its mandatory to be citizen for them..see rek and apply accordingly

Impossible ananu but konchem risky and kashtam. Federal ki aithe 99.9% USCs kavali.. Migilina aa .01 percent lo GCs untaru.

state ki h1s ni teeskuntaru.. But HR will screw up your visa applications(very risky). Few of my team members and friends were screwed real bad after first 3 years. Sudden ga we cannot sponsor antaru or paperwork sarigga cheyakapovatam valla reject ayinavallu unnaru.. Basically govt hr is lazy and some don't know the process. It's that simple .
