JANASENA Posted March 20, 2017 Report Posted March 20, 2017 బెంగళూరు: ప్రముఖ ఐటీ సంస్థ కాగ్నిజెంట్ భారీ సంఖ్యలో ఉద్యోగాలకు కోత పెట్టే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తోంది. సుమారు ఆరువేల మంది ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించాలని కంపెనీ భావిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. ఇది సంస్థ పూర్తి వర్క్ఫోర్స్లో 2.3శాతం. ఐటీ కొత్త డిజిటల్ సర్వీసుల్లోకి వేగంగా మారుతున్న క్రమంలో మార్పును అందుకోవడంలో ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్న ఉద్యోగులను తొలగించే యోచనలో ఉన్నట్లు తెలిసింది. 2016లో ఉద్యోగుల వేరియబుల్ పేఔట్పైనా దీని ప్రభావం పడనున్నట్లు సంబంధిత వర్గాల నుంచి సమాచారం. గతంతో పోలిస్తే ఈ ఏడాది తొలగింపులు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటాయని భావిస్తున్నారు. చిన్నస్థాయి ఐటీ ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఆటోమేషన్ వినియోగిస్తుండటంతో ఉద్యోగుల తొలగింపు ఎక్కువగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. గతేడాది 1 నుంచి 2శాతం మధ్యలో ఉద్యోగుల తొలగింపు ఉండగా.. అంతకుముందు ఏడాది 1శాతం ఉద్యోగుల్ని తొలగించారు. డిసెంబరు 31 నాటికి కాగ్నిజెంట్లో 2,60,200 మంది ఉద్యోగులు ఉన్నారు. వారిలో 1,88,000 మంది లేదా 72శాతం మంది భారత్లోనే ఉన్నారు. ఈ ఏడాది ఎంతమందిని.. ఏ రోల్స్లో ఉన్నవారిని తొలగిస్తారనే అంశంపై కచ్చితమైన సమాచారం లేదు. వర్క్ఫోర్స్ మేనేజ్మెంట్ వ్యూహంలో భాగంగా తాము రోజువారీ పనితీరును సమీక్షిస్తామని.. ఈ ప్రక్రియలో భాగంగా కొన్ని మార్పులు చేర్పులు జరుగుతాయని, కొందరు ఉద్యోగుల్ని తొలగించాల్సి వస్తుందని కాగ్నిజెంట్ అధికార ప్రతినిధి తెలిపారు. Trichy, TN lo oka Manufacturing comp undi chala pedda and perunna comp. akkada managers and senior cadre ppl valla kinda panichesevallani kodatharu. yes kodatharu and pachi boothulu tidatharu. ee kind of environment lo panicheyyadam kantey bajji bandi pettukovadam better. So compared to this IT work envi is far far better ani naa feeling. Quote

But this is one of the biggest manufacturing comp in whole TN and unfortunately I worked in this comp for 3 months thats it. inka navalla kale. Quote
