I am not sure of time frame but premium lo apply chesi reciept rakapote u can contact USCIS to follow up on application...DB prajalu evarikanna teluste time frame cheppandi ..

thats only if you lost job on H1...

 

status extension is in your hands..you cant get extension you are out of status...even USCIS can't help

Extension ayite he is out of status..but 60 days edo untundi to come back on status or to leave the country.. i140 approved a atanidi? lawyer to matladamanu ippduu next option ento ani...

250$ ki murthy 30 mins appointment ichedi..this is in 2011..i dont know how much she charges now but options telustayi or may be he can talk to any other good lawyer
