chingchang Posted March 24, 2017 Report Posted March 24, 2017 You can contact a local lender and give your financial details. They can give you an approx idea of how much loan you can get, apr etc .. but without running a credit check they cannot give you exact figures. Once you decide on a home to buy, get your credit checked and you'll get accurate details. Dont go with single lender. Check with multiple people and who can give most benefits. i went though a guy who has no PMI option for 10% down for first time home buyers. Not all the banks provide that but its worth checking with multiple people. good luck. PM me if you need any other help or questions Quote
