If the amount was sent in the last two months before closing, the underwriter will ask for a proof of how you got that money bro. If it is a gift, the person giving need to sign a form saying that it is purely a gift and you will not be required to repay.( I had to do that when I was closing, in my case it was my own sister gifting me the money).

needi pedda family kakapothe and if you have plans settling there for the next 5 to 10 yrs.. go with the 400k house..
