I heard this earlier also, but now looks like its happening sl0wly or might happen slowly . i heard from 2 of my frnds. 

m n sea taking all projects andaraki telsindhe, ippudu 0ffshore lo konni resources petti atleast 5-6 hrs of US time zone match ayalaga work cheyisthunaru. to replace more U-S res0urces.

W1N - W1N  situation for both. Especially ppl /projects where there is not much interaction with Business/Functional folks who are m0stly in U-S.
