OPT extension denied- grace period doubt

Ma friend gaaniki OPT extension deny ayindhi due to the reason that he is from one of the ACICS universities, ipudu grace period ela calculate chestaru for transferring/leaving the country??

1) 60 days from initial OPT end date (or)

2) 60 days from denial date
