So, for suppose new h1b got approved in the mid of the month Current employer ki notice ivvakunda contract month end ki close cheyyamani, next month 1st ki new employer deggara join avudamani planning. Ila chesthee next month pay check run chesthadu old employer. Aa tharuvatha month nundi new employer tho vellochchu. Old employer ki timesheets pampamu kaabatti after he deposits the money for the next month then we will reveal him that we changed jobs. Middle lo velithe old and current employer might run paycheck for the same period which is illegal kada. Does that make sense? Quote
