90% companies are asking for gc/citizenship. 8+ years real experience unna friend trying for past 4 months, rendu interviews ayaka hr round lo  we cant do the status thing anaru.

same situation, one of my cousin is on H1, hez been trying for FT no sponsoring antunaru.......
