Opt desicion doubt

My chelli is in opt.

She is been working selectively like non desi vendor environments

currently IBM vaadu coming forward to file h1b, he is filing but for architect role.

Same time big air lines company is offering her full time and this job will run for 8 years minimum, because american airlines is very impressed with work..

Now already applied for 2 h1bs through current employer and another...

 

Third offer came last week, which agreed to transfer if picked.

 

IBM direct client. Now confusion is she is not architect..even ibm manager know this, but he had seen her work in one common project where ibm is vendor..

 

 

Last year already she had h1b but employer revoked it as she got better offer..

 

So what is the best offer the one that runs long or architect role ?

Yes she did lot of ground work to get in to american airlines.. previous job manager used to torture..even if she comes by sleeveless ...

 

So she just want to make sure no desi vendor presence before deciding.

 

Americana airlines gives lot of benefits including free trips to india

Thing is he revoked before october we don't even know he applied and got approved..we got the petition number and all in novemebr.. and she contacted attorneys..they said it's not possible.

you can once petitioner cancels it before october..

 

That is what happens and he never gave us petition number..we thought he was faking until the day he revoked and sent us revoked documents..I will paste snapshot

USCIS site lo chusara, worth a shot to try a lawyer who can argue her case. 2013 varaku they used to allow transfer before Oct 1. last yr oka friend ki adigithe lawyer no way annadu. USCIS odu 2014 nunchi ivvatledu ata sponsoring employer ki 1 day aina pani cheyyakunda..

db lo post kooda vesanu appudu.. lawyer ni reach ayyam..they couldn't help much.. chudali this time we need h1b for sure.
