6 months lo 4k profit chesaa but i'm in no way capable of advising what to buy, when to buy

i think its just an instinct, i also had losses 

so take profit/loss as it comes and dont think of it as  a source of income

They don't always go up kada man there has to be brakeout or correction happening all the time in market

I had become greedy short trades antey week to expire and wrong bets  .. learnt it in hard way so now booking profits and getting out of trade
