When I was in the US I got it done at USPS once , when I asked how much they said it's free  

Another time , I got it done from a guy that I found on Craigslist ( or yelp I don't remember exactly ) .... He charged like 40$ for 15-20 pages

Depends on branch man. Vaatinki cheyyadaniki seperate desk/people unnaru some branches lo. I had it done for more than 20 docs. Not just one person. 4 of my friends on the same day.
