I have NR account in SBI for the last 8-9 years. 

I never came across any problem which made me frustrated or had any bad experience.

As long as we are aware of certain banking procedures, we would never come across any such problems. I never the need to contact customer care so I cannot comment on that.

When I walked into the NRI banking branch, I always had a better experience if not the best. I availed loans and everything went on smoothly. I recently took a car loan and it was a smooth affair too. Remittances, transfers and online services too, Never had a problem.

NRI branch lo account unda neeku? Naku rural bank branch  lo nre/nro accounts unnay. so pan number na nro account lo update cheyu ra ante assalu update cheyaledu. Nri customer care service ki call chesthe please contact home branch antaru annintiki. 

 

Customer care service phone emduku inka annitiki contact home branch ani cheppadanika? 

Wire transfer ki anni branches ki swift codes undavu.

pan card update cheyadaniki customer care tho pani endhuku bujja....pakkane Oka email id isthadu scan chesina copies upload cheyadamo leka email cheyadamo option vuntaadhi kadha....i am using Sbi and never went to bank.....online banking use cheyadam nerchukondi

Hello. I registered through internet banking (no need to scan. Just enter pan and submit) but home branch still needs to peocess it. 2 times chesanu but 2 times un processed.

Hmm..! 

Bank street lo NRI banking branch vuntundi. A branch lo only NRI needs take care chestar...no matter which rural area, this branch works as a hub for all NR accounts.

I guess, KYC link lo upload chesthe chalu...But,before that account open chesetapudu ivaleda leka malli update cheyamanara ?

I first opened my bak account way back in 2006 and open chesinapudu PAN number ichina...malli ipativaraku evaru okasari kuda adagaledu..

edo dangal mein dhad dhad chesinav...anduke sataistunaru po...

Passport renewal ayindi 1 year back usa lo. Core banking service(cbs.sbi)  vadu okate sms lu email lu please send ur new passport copy to home branch for your nre account ani. home branch vadiki two times icha phone chesi will update it sir annadu no update so far. 

Inko NRO account ki PAN first lo lekunde so ippudu update cheyamani malli cbs(core banking service) messaging but home branch and sbi not updating even i requested. Internet banking lo self ga upload chese facility ledu.
