New company lo job came recently .. next week h1 transfer start chestam antunnaru.. but there is no h1b premium processing after April 3rd .. so it could take 2-6 months to complete the transfer. Ippudu na questions enti ante.. 

1. h1 transfer receipt raagane.. 2 weeks notice ichi .. new company lo join aipovacha? 2 weeks tarwatha.. old company h1 revoke chesthe.. emaina problem? Not sure if new company already process start cheste.. old company revoke chesina doesnt matter or not ani......  or h1b complete transfer ayye varaku.. old compnay revoke cheyakudadha?

2. h1b regular transfer ki general ga enni days padtadhi. I know it could take 2-6 months ani .. but Evaraina already regular lo cheyinchukunna vallu vunte..  please let me know enni days pattindhi ani ..

New company is asking me if I'm willing to start while transfer is in progress.. Em cheppalo ardham kaatle.. If nenu NO ante.. Again Manager has to agree to wait 2-6 months anta..

Endo emo man.. ee H1kastaalu..  What are your thoughts/suggestions and risk factor?

no way 2 months lo result, minimum 6 months ipudu premium theesesaru kabatti inka 4-6 months anna or ipdu unna timeline prakaram 6-8 months
