birth certificate kuda apply chestaru, after a week nearest location velli collect cheskovali

usps ki vellu for applying passport, u need to carry minimim of below

mom n dad id (state id or dl front back copy)

original birth certifucate of baby

2 passport size fotos (walgreens/cvs lo theyinchu, or else konni usps lo foto valle thestharu)

fill ds-11 form, sign pettaku, valla edhuru ga pettali

mom, dad , baby all 3 must go to usps to apply for passport
