Dude, from the last 8 plus years i am in IT, and in all roles, as contractor, As IBM US FTE, left IBM and taken FT for Retail client in Boston as Lead. Came back to Contracting. in 2 FT's none of them asked regarding above issues. All technical only.

I have no idea about Google, Amazon or MS interview pattern

Where did I post issues man? And where did I say the interviews are non-technical. Interview is just one part of whole process. Not everyone works in IT or as contractor. 

Apply to Google and see what recruiting coordinator says if you are selected for first round. Basically they will send a video explaining all these in more detailed.

+10K  I saw a 10 page resume, india nunchi vachadu i think.. he put all the prijects he worked for the client  and his job responsibilities which said joined daily call anta.. WTF anukunna.. he has 10 yrs experience

yes, I don't Fckn  understand problem of some desi interviewers... ekkadollu bagane matladataru mostly.. very rare ga desis baga matladataru.moham ekkado pettkuni.. edo valle thopes ani prove cheskotaniki try chestaru..

agreeed. in one interview one tamil manager saying i have 20 Plus exp in IT, i am not sure why he is telling all this nonsense. In inteviews vallaki nachinnattu answer ivvalli, even our way is much simpler than them
