I have 1 year more on H1-B.

Is it recommended to stop current employer from filing H1-B extension and have new employer file H1-B Transfer? I'll post Murthy forum as well and see what they come up with?

Why extension when u r planning on transferring to new company? Direct ga transfer cheyinchukoni move avvachu kada especially having 1 more year visa on h1b..also u can do extn only 6 months before expiry..
