We have a services company ( not IT)  in India running since 5 years. Will be launching services in US this year with diversified team and investors in the team with committed capital.

Will run 1 year from launch. then i go back to India operations, stay back for 1 year as C level candidate.And come back on L1 as C level candidate to US-wing firm.

Shall we qualify for pacha kard in EB1....!!!!!!!

works but both sides nuvvu manager undali, make sure you have good attorney and the company should have sales in both countries..
