hydusguy Posted May 5, 2017 Report Posted May 5, 2017 Stratford is a private and for profit university, which is not eligible for H1b. They overlooked this rule most of the times. But once trivalley story bayataki vachaka... CSC center started noticing and giving RFEs other center still were approving. So direct rejection cheyochu, bcoz there is nothing to argue. Malli apply chesi testing luck ante. For GC ...stratford is totally eligible college. So I-140 will be safe. Quote
