SFO  Palo alto na avi above 1M pedithe condos vastai...fremont , dublin lone million dlrs vi ammestunnaru....single h1 aithe min 200- 300 K  salary ravali  ,, mortgage rate depends on intrest rate you get and down payment he makes..... 1 M  home with 20 percent downpayment  home ki around 4.25 intrest rate ki 3500  ala just mortgage kattali....the lower down u do the more mortgage i think

Palo Alto lo konni areas lo he can get house for around 850k (20+ years old house) . Doesn't matter single income ..if he can pay a downpayment of $150k and can pay $4500 mortgage per month ..he can easily afford it. 

Lot of my friends single income bought houses in Northern and Southern Cali areas.
