Me too ..I m a very light sleeper .. Ac sound ki kuda I wake up ...sound sleep is from 3 am -7:30 am so I always have difficulty waking up

I am not a morning person, Na daily wakeup time 7:15 ki start cheste 7:45 avthadi

U r much better I have alarms from 6 am to 8 am and imp meeting unte I tell my mom to call from india continuously till I lift the call and I end up saying woke up and will sleep again ...
