Gujju came for the same position with ZERO knowledge - got fired in 4 days - Felt bad Another Telugu guy started yesterday morning - Not exactly sure how he convinced manager without ID finally he came inside and got cubical setup, today also came with no ID, got fired...Feeling ashamed hearing colleagues talking about how indians are abusing... Dont understand his intention to start this work without having ID. Quote

If you had grilled them in the interview (Face 2 Face) then you won't hire such candidates. Also vendor has to do full background check of the candidate that they are sending to the client. Quote
