Ma vendor CIBER  bankruptcy ki file chesadu .. vadi degira oka 12 weeks pay undi prior to filing date .. adi doubt antunadu epudu ma employer ... 

Ciber valu matram maku calls chesi the new company who will purchase will pay you if you dont leave and continue to work 

After filing pay sangathi enti ra ante .. estam after 45 days antunaru .. ela ante dont know ..

Continue avadam better aaa.. kotha job chusukodam better aaa .. anyone in this situation .. so epudu me employer already pay chesi unte vadiki malli pay back cheyala ..

I recommend you to force them to pay your 12 weeks pay. 30 days pay contract lo pettukoda mee employer. mee employer tappu kuda undi

Project delay ayyindiani...client 6 weeks pay cheyyaledu ..for team of 8 ppl...

As per my assumption...you will have loss of pay for few days for sure....in this scenario...

Confuse chesi dobutunaru .. evadi vadu chusukuntunaru .. client emo vadi projects ,, employer vadi chances .. have to look for myself now  

so pay dobindi ante .. employer enka deductions start chestadu emo as he payed me some ..

Just want to confirm .. Full time / C2H jump aite .. as my 140 is approved more than 2 yrs ago ..  GC date port avutundi kada  even if employer revokes  it ?

140 ki no issues dude. No need to worry about it even your employer revoked it. Look for better job/pay.
