Investment advise in & around greater Hyderabad

Looking for ideas on investments in & around Hyderabad for a long term. 

Long term : 5-10 years 
Budget: 40 L ~ 60 L 

Not a believer in flats/apartments. Please advise.

Adibatla...have you got any idea..since 2012 it's too much hype in this area..but now after TG state not that much hawa..but let's wait for other seniors advice.

Never heard of. I heard the area between outter ring road and shamshabad is good. ?
