IT lo chala thakkuva.... Most H4 EAD"S are non-IT. In fact those who filed against H4 EAD don;t have substantial proof that H4 EAD's are taking their jobs. This was their statement : We assume since most H1B;s are in IT, their spouse's will also be in IT... That was the reason why Federal court dismissed it. Out of the minimal amount of IT people in H4 EAD (be it family or something else), the one who took advantage are the vendors...The reason for low billings are outsourcing and vendors false statements/rates.  I have been seeing it for beyond 10 yrs now...and their abuse is the worst.. In fact I came out of recruiting (part-time) because of this reason...Contracting is full of false wages, false billing rates...Nothing is transparent. So as you work for more years and experience, you will get to know the real truth...I bet most of them who are abusing H1 or H4 are those who are in OPT or 1st 3 yrs of H1B. They are not mature enough to understand this at this point. Abuse is everywhere...In fact H1 is more compared to H4.

I have been here for the past 10 yrs in db...It used to be very sportive...but slowly for the past 2 years more abuse on each others caste, legal status has increased considerably. This db used to be more informative and helpful...But now it's become worse. So I have to retaliate now otherwise this will keep on increasing...Of course it will be very less but still have to try to keep this db more healthy...I am not going to get any money for doing this.

Thanks.. I assume you are one of the small percent of people who understood.  In fact I had more abuses in this db for asking people not to cry on others legal status.
