 There are two things to worry about , first and foremost thing you have to question yourself which is more important, marriage or H1 stamping .  

what happens if you go to marriage and stuck there for a significant amount of time , plan that as well . Don't worry about the things you cannot control

Problem is always there for H1. It will be even more from now..more scrutiny will be at POE/CBP.
